header from my WorkSafeBC Clinical Opinion file.

1. The Number: As shown in the attached WorkSafeBC
document, 42647461 is my active WorkSafeBC claim
number. If you review the attached March 19
correspondence for FOI Request 2026/143, you will see
that | explicitly provided this exact claim number in the
second paragraph of my original submission.

2. The Difference in Scope:

FOI Request 2026/143 (specifically the revised Item 6)
was restricted to a name-based search for "Mark
Holand." This new request is a distinct, targeted search
designed to capture any internal communications, case
files, or memos where my matter was discussed using
the WorkSafeBC claim identifier rather than my explicit
name.

Because internal departments frequently reference
active files by claim number, this specific numeric search
is required to retrieve the remainder of my personal
information that would have been excluded from the
name-only parameters of the previous request.
