administrators who handled and routed my MyHSE ticket
#75625). Furthermore, this search must encompass the
department(s) responsible for occupational health and safety
compliance, environmental health, and the specific team that
commissioned and reviewed the March 2026 noise survey
conducted by Arcose Consulting. Please direct the search to
whichever internal departments hold jurisdiction over these
specific safety and infrastructure functions.

2. Clarification on HR Operations / Occupational Health
File: Yes. Please include my complete, unredacted Occupational
Health file and all associated medical records. I am explicitly
requesting any internal correspondence, file notes, memos, or
