Hi Maureen,

As per the employee's request below, | just want to confirm that he is requesting all files, notes,
communication etc pertaining to his WSBC file number.

This employee has been off since February 2026 regarding his injury however his WSBC claim was
denied in March 2026 and then he submitted a Canada Life claim. All the notes effective March 30, 2026
onwards, pertain to his Canada Life file.

If the employee is requesting his entire file, should we obtain a revised request?
