Hi Austen,

We received correspondence about Mark’s absence on Feb 2d with the medical note
attached advising for Mark to be off for 1 week following the Safety Concern filed on Jan
22.

While gathering further information, we then received further medical from Mark’s
Physician advising a one month absence to March 5 and have informed the Control
department earlier today.

We apologize for the delay in communication regarding this matter. It should be noted
that Mark has been in communication with @WAINWRIGHT RON regarding his initial
absence.
