Hi Bayo,

Continue to contact this employee as you normally would. Keep track of dates, times
etc.

Should the employee fail to maintain reasonable direct communication with the
company then we can deal with it.

If you are in regular contact with the Union health and welfare officer, advise them of the
situation. They may be able to get through to the employee. As well, | can speak with
the executive job steward, who can also try to get the employee on board.
