Hi Erika,

Thanks for following up regarding Mark Holand. This has become a complex case with
some nuances that should be made known.

Similar to your experience, since early March, Mark Holand has requested that BCRTC
only communicate with him via email/secure email from record keeping purposes since
lodging a “WorkSafe BC Prohibited Action Investigation” and does not respond to phone
calls.
