This was the third class to have the same set up and the previous two Operators did not have
any concerns.

There are four workstations in the room and Mark could have easily have moved from one of
these and the trainees could have rotated.

The course is 12 days long in the classroom and Mark did not raise this Safety concern until
partway through day 8.

| have asked George Wang to have one of his Technologists look at the situation and see if
there is some sort of way to lower the sound. The desk was moved away slightly but due to all
of the cabling it could only be moved about 5 cm.

Hi Ron,

| hope you are doing well.

In regards to the attached safety concern, | am reviewing the WSBC claim submitted and wondering if
can please provide a bit more context regarding the noise level. Would the noise be that disruptive to the
class to cause an employee to miss work?

Also, can you advise if this issue will be rectified?

Thank you,
