Hi Bayo,

Mark’s claim is declined as the medical information supports that Mark’s condition is
work related. They have been advised to report to WorkSafe BC. As of today, we have
not received the WSBC decline letter to allow us to proceed with assessing the claim.
We do not have any medical to support Mark’s ongoing absence beyond April 30, 2026.
