Subject: RE: FO! Request 2026/143 (HOLAND, Mark)

Hi Adrian,

| believe | will have documentation for the following headings;

2. NOISE, HEAT & SAFETY ASSESSMENTS

Alf noise assessments, heat assessments, risk assessments, or safety reviews
conducted prior to or following the installation of server equipment in the OMC1
Control Training Room, including any records predating the installation that
identified noise or heat as a concern.

3. INTERNAL COMPLAINTS & SAFETY CONCERNS

All internal communications regarding noise levels, employee complaints, safety
concems, or work refusals relating to Workstation 3 or server equipment in the
OMC1 Control Training Room, including but not limited to MyHSE Safety
Concern #75625 filed January 22, 2026, and all responses, investigations, or
actions taken in response.

6. COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING MARK HOLAND

Alf internal communications referencing employee Mark Holand in relation to the
OMC1 server installation, Workstation 3, MyHSE Safety Concern #75625, the
acoustic injury claim, the Arcose noise survey (Report ID 2044-20260306), or the
adverse employment action letter dated March 13, 2026.

7, COMMUNICATIONS WITH ARCOSE CONSULTING

All records of communications between BCRTC and Arcose Consulting Ltd.
regarding the noise survey conducted at OMC1 on March 6, 2026, including the
original brief or instructions provided to Arcose, all correspondence before and
after the survey, and any records indicating what documentation was or was not
provided to Arcose.

My early guess is that it would not be a very large number of documents, which | should
be able to compile within 3 hours and under 200 pages.
Thanks, and please just let me know next steps when you are read.

Take care,
