Mark Holand remains off work till April 30. It appears that his absence will likely be
extended beyond this date based on the information received in the Occupational

Fitness Assessment. A follow-up medical questionnaire has been issued to Mark and his

Physician regarding whether he’s suitable to commence modified duties.
