Hello,

Thank you for following up. To answer your question: Yes, this absence is directly
related

to a work-related injury.

As mentioned in my previous email, these symptoms are a result of the safety concern
filed

on January 22. | am currently experiencing ongoing headaches and ear pain that
prevent

me from performing my duties safely at this time.

Please be advised that WorkSafeBC has been notified.

| will continue to provide updates regarding my "Return to Work" timeline as my
recovery

progresses. At this stage, | am following my physician’s orders for rest and sensory
regulation to ensure a full recovery.
