noted that he hasn't been provided a clear diagnosis from Physician, but condition is being treated as sensary
overload, Ee feels server rack in Control room doesn't belong there and.encroaches on space behind workstation
3. OHS advised that comprehensive sound testing was conducted by Safety department and results meet WSBC
standards, Ee to follow-up with Physician next week, Ee absence remains supported:till March 5. Ee awaiting
claim acceptance by WSBC.
