| Hi, we've got a claim here and want to make sure we are proceeding correctly. MARK HOLAND - 42647461 - The ADJ routed it
to our MH desk because their indicating “Route to SA for initial adjudication - stress over 2 weeks due to noise exposure; also
claiming for aggravation of migraine, acoustic injury”. It seems like their saying the workplace stress led to the acoustic injury.
Just to be sure for this claim, we'd proceed as normal? The medical codes headache as the physical injury code but in the
other details it has “acute stress reaction?”.

both - either way it’s going to them.
