WSBC requested the noise level checks
that were completed. Sent email to
WSBC and cc'd safety requesting the
information be provided to WSBC.
pertaining to Ee's WSBC claim.

Email to ee requesting updated medical
supporting absence beyond March 5.

Email to Control Manager & Department
advising that ee hasn't provided any
further medical supporting his absence
beyond March 5. OHS advised that ee is
expected to return to work effective
March 6.

T/C with EE advising that he's been
scheduled to resume work Friday March
6 (night shift). Ee noted that he remains
significantly unwell and is actively
seeking treatment. OHS noted that
previous medical note supports absence
till March 5 only. Ee advised that his
doctor said he doesn't need to provide a
medical note and WSBC has been
advised that ee remains unfit to rtw.
OHS advised that Occ Health requires
medical supporting absence in order to
