Manager - Austin P. and Occ Health
regarding ee's absence.

Email to Control Centre Managers
advising of medical supporting absence
from Jan 30th - Feb 9.

WSBC letter received advising Ee was
injured at work and requesting form 7.

T/C with ee who advised that he
continues to experience ongoing ear
pain, migraines and noise sensitivity. Ee
noted that he hasn't been provided a
clear diagnosis from Physician, but
condition is being treated as sensory
overload. Ee feels server rack in Control
room doesn't belong there and
encroaches on space behind
workstation 3. OHS advised that
comprehensive sound testing was
conducted by Safety department and
results meet WSBC standards. Ee to
follow-up with Physician next week. Ee
absence remains supported till March 5.
Ee awaiting claim acceptance by WSBC.
