7/16/26, 5:39 PM Gmail - New Evidence Submission - CASE ID: 2026-057 (Flora Pang) To: Raul.Franco@chcpbc.org Subject: URGENT: Formal Status Inquiry — Case ID: 2026-057 (Flora Pang) Dear Mr. Franco, | am writing to formally request a status update on the investigation for Case ID: 2026-057 regarding the conduct of Audiologist Advisor Flora Pang. On May 14, 2026, | submitted a comprehensive forensic audit of new evidence—extracted via a recent Freedom of Information request—demonstrating that the Respondent knowingly sanitized chronological data in her official Clinical Opinion (Claim #42647461). Specifically, this evidence shows the Respondent had access to 1991 and 1992 benchmark dates in her draft notes but intentionally stripped them from the final report to present 35-year- old data as contemporary evidence. This submission was provided two months ago, yet | have received no confirmation of its inclusion in the investigative file, nor have | received any update on the investigation’s progress. The silent status of this investigation is no longer sustainable given the nature of the documented misconduct. | am requesting a written status update on this matter no later than WED JULY 22, 2026 . Please be advised that if | do not receive a response by this date, | will escalate this inquiry to the Registrar of the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC to address the lack of procedural communication and the status of this investigation. | expect an update on whether my May 14, 2026 evidence has been reviewed and if it has triggered a formal expansion of the investigation into the Respondent’s professional integrity. Thank you for your email. We are currently working through a significant backlog of files. The delay is primarily due to high case volume and the complexity of matters presently assigned to the investigator's caseload. Please note that priority is given to cases that may pose a risk to patient safety and to the public. This case is currently in our queue for review. Please note that there are several cases ahead of yours. The Respondent's response was received at the end of June, we will be communicating with the Respondent's legal counsel in the next couple of weeks. Once we have completed our investigation and analysis, the matter will be submitted to the Deputy Registrar for disposition. We anticipate that these steps will be completed within approximately 60 to 90 days. However, please be aware that timelines may be extended depending on the complexity of the matter and the overall volume of cases under review. Should we require any further information or documentation from you, we will reach directly.
