Fatigue: - Significant fatigue, limiting activities such as skiing and walking the dog. - Unable to perform physically demanding work. - Considers fatigue a primary reason for not returning to work. Sleep disturbance: - Sleep has improved, now experiencing REM sleep and remembering dreams. Ear pain: - Persistent ear pain. - Has an ENT referral from St. Paul's, awaiting a date. - Has an otolaryngologist appointment scheduled for May 27th, attempting to get on a waiting list. - Unable to return to work without a diagnosis from a specialist.
