Anxiety is increased today 'I'm getting no REM sleep.' Awaiting psychiatry/psychology assessment. Headache has improved scores 1/10 improved on nurtec. Ongoing left earache 6/10. Sleep has deteriorated even with seroquel 25mg. He is still sleeping in a tent. BP 138/78. imp migraine, anxiety disorder unspecified. Plan increase to seroquel 37.5mg. Would recommend ENT assessment. Not fit for GRTW at this time. Requires psychological assessment. He also attended ER- no evidence of infection He remains off work. Was seen in ER by psychiatrist- has been started setraline risperidone and trazodone. He is sleeping much better. Not heard from WCB about ENT assessment yet. Headache has improved scores 1/10 improved on nurtec. Ongoing left earache 3-4/10. He is still sleeping in a tent with weighted blanket. imp migraine, MDD with anxious distress. Plan c/w sertraline risperidone and trazodone. Not fit for GRTW at this time.
