memos where my matter was discussed using the WorkSafeBC claim identifier rather than my explicit name.
Because internal departments frequently reference active files by claim number, this specific numeric search is
required to retrieve the remainder of my personal information that would have been excluded from the name-only
parameters of the previous request.

- BCRTC doesn’t have a department called Systems Assurance; can you clarify what kind of records
you mean under that description?
- For HR Operations, do you require your Occupational Health file with all medical records included?
