Pursuant to the British Columbia Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), | am requesting
any and all records containing my personal information, specifically limited to a server-wide and device-wide
search for the phrase, keyword, or tracking number: '42647461".

To ensure a thorough search, my corporate credentials are as follows:

¢ TransLink Employee ID: 21987
¢« BCRTC ID: HOL12

This request is to include, but is not limited to:

1. Internal and external emails, email threads, calendar invites, and digital attachments.
2. Microsoft Teams chat logs, channel communications, and instant messages.
3. Text messages (SMS) or mobile communication logs on corporate-issued devices.
4. Internal memos, file notes, meeting minutes, and drafting documents.
The scope of this search should encompass all records generated between January 1, 2026, and the present

date, across the email servers, archives, local network folders, and mobile devices of the following departments
and individuals:

¢ The Labour Relations Department (including Kevin Payne and Navi Gill).
¢ The Safety and Environmental Compliance/Railway Safety Department (including Jason Mayo).

¢ The Operations and Training Departments (including Matt Doyle, Austen Puder, and Ron Wainwright).

¢« The HR Operations and Systems Assurance teams (including Elisa Athanassakis and Shabnam
Mirseraji-Flann).

As this is a request strictly for my own personal information, | understand there are no fees associated with this
application.

Can you please clarify where this request differs from your previous FOI Request 2026/143 and also what
the number 42647461 refers to?
