FOI Request 2026/143 (specifically the revised Item 6) was
restricted to a name-based search for "Mark Holand." This new
request is a distinct, targeted search designed to capture any
internal communications, case files, or memos where my matter
was discussed using the WorkSafeBC claim identifier rather
than my explicit name.

Because internal departments frequently reference active files
by claim number, this specific numeric search is required to
retrieve the remainder of my personal information that would
have been excluded from the name-only parameters of the
previous request.

search immediately.
