1. Clarification on "Systems Assurance”: If BCRTC does not
use the specific nomenclature of "Systems Assurance," please
apply this search to the department(s) responsible for managing
the MyHSE Safety Concern portal (specifically the
administrators who handled and routed my MyHSE ticket
#75625). Furthermore, this search must encompass the
department(s) responsible for occupational health and safety
compliance, environmental health, and the specific team that
commissioned and reviewed the March 2026 noise survey
conducted by Arcose Consulting. Please direct the search to
whichever internal departments hold jurisdiction over these
specific safety and infrastructure functions.

2. Clarification on HR Operations / Occupational Health File:
Yes. Please include my complete, unredacted Occupational
Health file and all associated medical records. | am explicitly
requesting any internal correspondence, file notes, memos, or
communications referencing my WorkSafeBC claim number
(42647461) within the Occ Health department. This also includes
any communications or data shared between Occupational Health
and management/operations personnel (including but not limited
to Austin Puder and Ron Wainwright) regarding my clinical status,
fitness for duty, and acoustic injury.

Please confirm receipt of these clarifications and let me know if
the program area staff require anything further to initiate the
targeted search immediately.
