For clarity, as stated in our previous correspondence it is the company’s positions that you have not
provided adequate medical to justify your ongoing absence from work. You committed to and then
failed to provide the company with a completed medical questionnaire. We have given you until June
3" 2026 to provide this information and until that time you will be and are “AWOL” from your position
with the company. Should you not provide the required medical information by June 3" the company
will review your absence to determine it we consider you to have abandoned your position within the
Company.

For further clarity, neither your unilateral claims that your absence is medically justified, nor your
assertion that you have filed a prohibited action complaint, constitute adequate medical information
to justify your ongoing absence from work or, in any way, excuse you from your obligation to provide
your employer with sufficient medical information to justify said absence. To the extent that you feel
otherwise, we encourage you to speak with your union, which we have copied on this email.
