Dear Mr. Payne,

| am providing the following confirmation regarding my specialist status for the occupational injury sustained on
January 23, 2026.

The delay in my clinical assessment is a direct result of the biased sound survey provided by BCRTC and the
withholding of material evidence by both the employer and the Board during the initial adjudication. These actions
intentionally minimized the severity of my injury, forcing me to secure my own specialist access through the ER
and my family physician.
Current Specialist Status:
1. Otolaryngology (ENT) Assessment:
o Physician: Dr. Samad
eo Date: May 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM (New Westminster)
2. Secondary ENT Assessment:
o Physician: Dr. Abdalkhani (Van City ENT)
o Date: July 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM

My absence is medically justified and directly tied to a workplace injury that is currently the subject of a
Prohibited Action Investigation (File 2026D316).

Any further attempt to characterize this period as "AWOL"—while | am navigating a care system delayed by your
company’s own reporting—will be treated as continued administrative bad faith and retaliatory conduct.
