| am in receipt of the "Notice to Comply" letter dated April 24, 2026.
Please be advised that | am currently under medical care for injuries sustained at the OMC1 worksite. An
appointment with my physician is already confirmed for Tuesday, April 28, 2026, to complete the required
medical documentation. | will provide the completed questionnaire to Occupational Health via email immediately
following that appointment, ensuring the April 30, 4:00 PM deadline is met.
Furthermore, please note the following requirements for all future communications:
e Written Correspondence Only: Due to the active WorkSafeBC Prohibited Action Investigation (File
2026D316) and the ongoing dispute regarding my employment status and workplace safety, | will not be
accepting or engaging in phone calls with BCRTC management or Labour Relations.

¢ Administrative Record: To ensure accuracy and maintain a clear evidentiary record for the ongoing
regulatory investigations, all communications from BCRTC must be sent via email or registered mail.

My current absence is fully supported by the medical facts of my workplace injury, and | am following the
necessary steps to provide the updated administrative paperwork as scheduled.
