also highlighted miscommunication with his doctor who

update medical note from doctor today and will provide to
Occ health upon receipt.

provide a medical note and WSBC has been advised that ee
remains unfit to rw. OHS advised that Occ Health requires
medical supporting absence in order to inform department
adequately. Ee was agitated and frustrated but demonstrated
understanding and plans to obtain medical note on Monday
March 9. Ee noted that he's attending Worker's advisory
office in Richmond to lodge complaint regarding the manner
in which his case is being managed. Ee frustrated that he's
been refused specialist ENT review.
