Upload particularly following administration of sleep medication. Ee

reported ear remains sensitive to sound. Ee discussed
tentative return to work on March 29th to Guideway with
conditions. Ee noted that due to ongoing issues affecting
circadian rhythm he would not be appropriate for night shifts
and will be seeking to only complete office-based work during
the day. OHS advised that ee would need to provide medical
to support such arrangement.
Ee also noted filing grievance following recent termination
from Control Operator position due to unsuccessful
completion of training.
